QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, or a directly related field;
• Minimum 1 year of full stack web development experience; and
• Experience in the following: node.js, MongoDB, React, finance system administration and math, and IT support.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Required Primary Proficiencies:
- professional, efficient Node.js developer with Mongo DB, Mongoose and React
- setup automated regression testing suites (Mocha / Chai / Mockery / Jenkins)
- write concise code, compact projects

Secondary Preferred Proficiencies:
- Linux (Centos 8), setup, maintenance and configuration
- Apache
- Nginx Reverse Proxy
- Linux server ssl cert setup and maintenance via Let's Encrypt
- PCI Compliance and any issue remediation
- Shell scripting
- Openvpn

Maintains and administers application security per corporate and Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 requirements and PCI compliance. Monitors performance of all application systems. Responsible for application-level performance management, development, resource management and capacity planning to ensure adequate system performance for all applications/users. Monitors system availability, identifies weaknesses in implementation, and develops remediation plans. Establishes and maintains written policies, FAQs and general user documentation for software and hardware operation and use. Ensures that all work-related policies and procedures are documented appropriately. Ensures availability for trouble-shooting, maintenance or upgrades during non-standard work hours; reachable 24/7/365. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.  Full stack web development.

Travel: Less than 5% required.
