Credit Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Establish Company Risk Control System (40%)
Develop and implement a risk-focused compliance program that effectively manages the
various areas of compliance throughout the company.
Assist in development and review of the Company’s policies and procedures to ensure
that policies are properly administered for compliance with applicable laws and
regulations.
Interpret regulations to implement new and revised regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program to address the company policies
and procedures, as well as all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Ensure internal policies and procedures comply with federal and state level laws and
regulations. Although not all inclusive, examples of such laws and regulations include
Truth in Lending (TILA), TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure Rule (TRID), Equal
Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Flood Disaster Protection Act (FDPA), Fair Housing
Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA),
Real Estate Settlement Procedures (RESPA), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA),
Gramm Leach Bliley Act (Privacy Act), Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act
(HOEPA), additional state and federal regulations.
Daily legal work with regulatory agencies (40%)
Acts as liaison between the Company and the various appropriate regulatory agencies,
ensuring that communications on both sides are germane, specific and convey all
necessary details.
Coordinate with regulatory agency examiners and independent auditors during
examinations and other external reviews. Recommend and assist with corrective action as
necessary.
Prepare and present periodic reports to the board concerning the company’s current record
of compliance as determined through test work.
Maintain compliance resources. Collect and disseminate to appropriate staff information
related to compliance and other topical subjects. Provide informational assistance and
research for all company personnel.
Stay abreast of changes in regulations, analyze effects on company operations, and ensure
proper adherence by policy or procedure implementation.
Adhere to all relevant security responsibilities as outlined in the Company’s Information
Security Program.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management.
Others (20%)
Drafting employee handbook and company employment policies to comply with labor
law and health care reform act. Communicate with clients in their native language about the procedure and proceeding of
our business.
Communicate with clients holding L1/H1B/EB5/O1/B2 visas about their concerns on
mortgage program.REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, economy or related.
